Activate your Apple Card (titanium Card) online

  1. Open the packaging and follow the steps inside (with your iPhone nearby)
  2. If you don't have the packaging: open Wallet, tap Apple Card, tap More, then Account Details
  3. Under Titanium Card, tap Activate Your Card
  4. Tap 'Having trouble activating your card', then 'Do Not Have Card Packaging', and follow the prompts

Activate in the Apple Wallet (on iPhone) app

  1. Open the Wallet app and tap Apple Card
  2. Tap the More button, then Account Details
  3. Under Titanium Card, tap Activate Your Card
  4. Follow the on-screen steps. The card is ready as soon as it's activated

Activate by phone

Call the activation number printed on the sticker on the front of your new card (or the customer-service number on the back) and follow the automated prompts. You will usually be asked for the card number and a piece of identity information such as the last four digits of your Social Security number or your ZIP code.

After you activate

  • Apple Card Family members can activate their own titanium card
  • The digital card works in Apple Pay before and after the physical card arrives
