Activate your PNC Credit or Debit Card online

  1. Sign in to PNC Online Banking
  2. Select Cards
  3. Find the activation banner and select Activate Card
  4. Complete the required fields

Activate in the PNC Mobile app

  1. Sign in to PNC Mobile
  2. Tap More, then Cards
  3. Choose the card and tap View Card Details
  4. Tap Activate physical card and complete the required fields

Activate by phone

Call 1-800-558-8472 (PNC debit/credit card service number on pnc.com (business credit cards: 1-800-474-2101). You can also call the number on the card for automated activation) and follow the automated prompts. You will usually be asked for the card number and a piece of identity information such as the last four digits of your Social Security number or your ZIP code.

After you activate
