About Bilt Rewards (issued by Column N.A., serviced by Cardless)
Bilt Rewards is a housing-payments loyalty program best known for letting you earn points on rent and, since Bilt Card 2.0 in January 2026, on mortgage payments made through Bilt with no transaction fee. Its cards, the Bilt Blue Card with no annual fee, the Bilt Obsidian Card at $95 a year and the Bilt Palladium Card at $495 a year, are issued by Column N.A. and serviced by Cardless.
Bilt suits you if rent or a mortgage is your biggest monthly bill and you want rewards on it without paying a card processing fee. All three cards list no foreign transaction fee. The limitation: the program moved from Wells Fargo to Cardless and Column in early 2026, so its benefits and terms are newer and may keep changing, and Bilt publishes no minimum credit score for approval.
